We purchased Hondo from Pharo Cattle Company (PCC) to use him, and have used him very successfully, in our program to develop Angus Composite Heat Tolerant bulls. He was the lead off black composite bull in PCC 2020 Alabama sale. His breeding is 50% Mashona and 50% Red Angus – he is black and polled. 

Hondo is the result of breeding an extremely thick, easy fleshing Red Angus bull to a Black Mashona cow.
