This is a moderate framed bull that we used to bring down our cattle frame size, as well as being in the top 2 – 5% for Calving Ease, Birth Weight, Grass Efficiency, Early Maturity and DMI (Ability to turn grass into kilograms beef) and Maintenance Energy.

Purchased from Pharo Cattle Company (PCC) in 2017 Fortune is a bull we have used extensively in the herd to bring about a great resilient female that has thickness and depth that weans a good calf every year – with extreme calving ease and heavily muscled with depth. 

Most of our sale bulls carry Fortune’s genetics somewhere in the pedigree, they are proving to be resilient in any environment. This bull is Certified Tenet Superior Tenderness, meaning he has the genetic markers to determine the tenderness of beef. Fortune has also been used extensively in PCC USA Bull Program.
